You add a mogrt to that Library, everyone with a 'share' to it gets it in their Pr immediately. You can share a library but withhold write permissions, and use that to disseminate mogrts among a group. Also, Libraries can be created to be 'shared' by multiple people, with controlled read/write permissions. I am getting more comfortable with using the Libraries.
